Who we are.

Fred

(he/him)

Frederic Hellmann
Re-Recording Mixer | Sound Designer | Musician
Berlin

After 6 years in the film, sound and art industry, Fred has refined his expression and the potential of what is achievable with sound, now living and working in Berlin. His work combines technical expertise with artistic approaches. These have already given various projects an individual and unconventional signature, whereby his focus in recent years has been on re-recording mixing and sound design. Through his work as a musician and artist, his approaches are characterized by profound concepts that merge the boundaries between music, sound and technology. His projects have been represented at numerous international festivals.

Johann

(he/him)

Johann Meis
Sound Designer | Production Sound | Re-Recording Mixer
Berlin

As a sound designer and mixing engineer for film and other forms of artistic expression, Johann strives to support the narrative while maintaining the technical requirements. From an interest in music Johann developed an increasing interest in sound and acoustic phenomenons in general during his studies of Cultural Studies & Digital Media in Lüneburg, deepened through his occupation with cultural organization and extended musicological topics. In order to be able to further pursue this creative influence he studied Film Sound/Sound Design.

Jonas

(he/him)

Jonas Vogler
Composer
Berlin

Film music is not a genre; it is music within the context of a film. Any type of music can become film music if crafted to convey the story at hand. Jonas likes composing and producing music across a wide range of styles to suit each film he works on. This requires an understanding of film dramaturgy, pacing, and emotional subtext as well as a deep knowledge of how music functions. Jonas studied jazz composition and film scoring, where he learned to use tools such as nuanced harmonic progressions, effective orchestrations, and intricate rhythmic structures to influence the perception of time, emphasize subtle moments, or add a second emotional layer to a scene. He enjoys the challenge of applying these skills to various musical styles, creating scores that are both unique and powerful.

Sam

(he/him)

Samuel Krupke
Re-Recording Mixer | Dialogue Editor | Production Sound
Berlin

Sam is very passionate about telling a story the way it wants to be told. The sound track of a medium has to be as authentic, illusioning, loud or quiet, big or small as the story needs it to be. Musically trained since childhood, Sam has graduated as bachelor of arts in 2020 at Hochschule Darmstadt and with a diploma in film sound in 2023. He loves to mix and pull focus on the sonic part of the story, and - despite a love for sound design and music - likes to work with dialogue the most. Wether it means recording it in the heat of the moment, in the safe environment of the studio or editing it.

Timo

(he/him)

Timo Klabunde
Sound Designer & Editor | Re-Recording Mixer | Game Audio
Stuttgart

Timo enjoys the playfulness that sound post offers. As a sound designer and editor, he relishes every opportunity to experiment, to infuse new meanings into mundane sounds from everyday life, or to manipulate industrial sounds. Aside from his studies in sound for picture, he is a musician and holds a Master of Arts in linguistics. Consequently he likes to view dialogue as the melody and foley/sound effects as the rhythm section of a soundtrack. Among his credits are numerous award-winning short and feature films, and he is passionate about immersive formats, from the big screen to interactive media and game audio.

Vincent

(he/him)

Vincent Egerter
Sound Designer | Dialogue & Foley Editor | Production Sound
Stuttgart

Vincent’s work is characterized by a deep curiosity about the interplay between soundscapes and musical composition. With a rich background in both fields, he brings a nuanced understanding of how these elements interact, enhancing the emotional and narrative depth of his projects as Sound Designer and Editor. Apart from post-production work he specializes in production sound for non-fiction formats.

Timo

(he/him)

Stuttgart

Timo studied Audiovisual Media at the Stuttgart Media University and in the Fine Arts Program of the School of Art, Design & Media in Singapore. Timo has shaped the soundscapes of several feature-length documentaries & fiction films.
