Who we are.
Fred
(he/him)
Frederic Hellmann
Re-Recording Mixer | Sound Designer | Composer
Berlin
After seven years in the film, sound, and art scene, Fred has refined his expression and explored the potential of what can be achieved with sound. His work blends technical expertise with a creative vision that resonates on a deeper level. In recent years, he has concentrated on re-recording mixing, and sound design, always pursuing an individual and unconventional style. With a strong connection between music, sound, and technology, Fred creates projects that blur the boundaries of these disciplines. His works have been showcased at various international A-level festivals, cinemas, and theaters, where they have engaged audiences with their unique sonic qualities and emotional depth.
Johann
(he/him)
Johann Meis
Sound Designer | Production Sound | Re-Recording Mixer
Berlin
As a sound designer and mixing engineer for film and other forms of artistic expression, Johann strives to support the narrative while maintaining the technical requirements. From an interest in music Johann developed an increasing interest in sound and acoustic phenomenons in general during his studies of Cultural Studies & Digital Media in Lüneburg, deepened through his occupation with cultural organization and extended musicological topics. In order to be able to further pursue this creative influence he studied Film Sound/Sound Design.
Jonas
(he/him)
Jonas Vogler
Composer
Berlin
Jonas has a strong interest in combining uncommon, sometimes quirky sounds with the traditional textures of established ensembles like orchestras, string quartets and also the human voice. His music is influenced by the sounds of electronic music, the harmonic language of jazz, as well as the dramatic arcs of orchestral music. In recent years, Jonas has written music for numerous films, documentaries, commercials, and games, many of which have won awards in Europe and internationally. Various films featuring his scores have been aired on national television and have been released in cinemas across Germany.
Sam
(he/him)
Samuel Krupke
Re-Recording Mixer | Dialogue Editor | Production Sound
Berlin
Sam is very passionate about telling a story the way it wants to be told. The sound track of a medium has to be as authentic, illusioning, loud or quiet, big or small as the story needs it to be. Musically trained since childhood, Sam has graduated as bachelor of arts in 2020 at Hochschule Darmstadt and with a diploma in film sound in 2023. He loves to mix and pull focus on the sonic part of the story, and - despite a love for sound design and music - likes to work with dialogue the most. Wether it means recording it in the heat of the moment, in the safe environment of the studio or editing it.
Timo
(he/him)
Timo Klabunde
Sound Designer & Editor | Re-Recording Mixer | Game Audio
Stuttgart
Timo enjoys the playfulness that sound post offers. As a sound designer and editor, he relishes every opportunity to experiment, to infuse new meanings into mundane sounds from everyday life, or to manipulate industrial sounds. Aside from his studies in sound for picture, he is a musician and holds a Master of Arts in linguistics. Consequently he likes to view dialogue as the melody and foley/sound effects as the rhythm section of a soundtrack. Among his credits are numerous award-winning short and feature films, and he is passionate about immersive formats, from the big screen to interactive media and game audio.
